The #BetterBloga Team Starts 2025 with Mindfulness and Gratitude
The BlogaTeam kicked off the year on a positive note with the January Town Hall and TEA (Team Engagement Activity). This month’s activity focused on mindfulness, including laughter therapy, mindful communication, confidence-building, expressive arts, and a soothing sound bath meditation. The session was facilitated by Kimmy from Moment to Moment Stress Management Solutions.
Ara Mendiola, Account Manager at Blogapalooza, shared, “What I like most is the part where we have to tell each other about what we see and appreciate in them. It’s a good opportunity for us to inspire, speak goodness, express gratitude towards our teammates, and make them feel seen. And of course, for bringing the fine dining gastronomical experience at the BCH.”

With Ansis’s vibrant personality and relatable content, Blogapalooza is eager to help amplify his voice and share his unique charm with a broader audience. #ElevateInfluence Made Real: Championing a “Happy Economy” by Supporting Equality
True to its mission of #ElevateInfluence, Blogapalooza has partnered with Intersex Philippines to host “Elevate Influence: A Party for Equality.” This initiative underscores Blogapalooza’s commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and acceptance within the creator and business ecosystems.
Intersex Philippines also recently held a workshop in Bohol as part of the PRIDE for SOGIESC Equality project, wherein Blogapalooza joined, represented by Senior HROD Manager, Maridie Macandog. The workshop tackled the importance of the SOGIESC Equality Bill, aiming to transform organizations into advocates for legislation that prohibits discrimination based on Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Gender Expression, and Sex Characteristics. She was also empowered to create and implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies. This partnership serves as a powerful reminder of how inclusion drives a happier, more empowered economy.
